Working with great ability to inspire by the magic of the muses, and in working with the hands of fate, this angel is a mighty monstrous force to encounter.  A Shinto Shaman that may take form as either a Qingniao-Bluebird or as a monstrous Blackbird-Tengu.  The Oracle Shaman's symbols are blue and black feathers respectively.  As an angel of light, the Oracle is charged as the drawer of each predestined path, a messenger of artistic musings, the promiser of hope, L'Oiseau Bleu. Not always a creature of light, the Oracle is sometimes a beast of prey, a Tengu.  Still, predisposed to protect those he deems worthy, he can become fierce, if left unchecked by his comrades in The Covenant of Ramiel.  The Oracle joined Ramiel's Covenant in loyalty to The Priestess, Miko.  The Priestess called upon the Oracle's loyalty when she encountered a grave injustice, that only a drawer of Fate could muse a different path.  Together, they draw any path they choose through divine wisdom and great power.
