The Time Reckoner
The noble vampire as time reckoner, his symbol the white rose, or contrarily the red lily. He is a guardian of pulse in the great spectrum of infinite space and time. Without fail this fallen angel defends wholeheartedly his fellow covenant members. He checks and enables every journey he makes with his colleagues to defend, and subtlety alter in time what they will for their needs and grand purposes, always for the higher good of all concerned, but willful and dubious. He strikes with accuracy and heartfelt truth every beat of every stroke of each new song. Pure of heart but shadowed by the darkness of knowing the end, when the last strike must fall, that being why he carries a red lily with him at all times.
Divinely, The Time Reckoner is an Angel of death from the House of the Rose. Their white rose symbol representing the purest heart and blood. When stained from battle, or their vampiric curse, the White Rose becomes tainted and splattered red. With death in their grasp, they hold the red lily as a reminder of their truth and deeds. Long ago, during the Wars of the Rose, the White Rose angel pledged immortality to The Jewel Priest. To the white rose, something so pure and magical as the once innocent Jewel Priest was far too beautiful to watch die. Following The Jewel Priest wherever they roamed, the White Rose readily accepted the devotion to the covenant of Ramiel when The Jewel Priest vowed loyalty to The Priestess. Ever devoted to their Priest and Priestess leaders the White Rose seeks throughout all time the purest hearts for the troupe to save. Only one other member of the covenant has the devotion of the White Rose, and they are called the Templar, together they are an unstoppable team. Lastly, on a particular journey the White Rose met one they found mutual understanding among, and that one is the Sprite.
